Life Legacy
Anne Simo, age 91, passed away on Friday, February 10, 2012 in San Antonio. She was born on February 29, 1920 in Chatham, Ontario, Canada, to parents, Maximillian and Anastasia Corbin. Anne and her husband, John, were former longtime residents of Rio Hondo. She served God as a faithful member of St. Helen’s Catholic Church in Rio Hondo. Anne’s family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to the nurses and staff at Chandler Estates for their care and support; and also to Harbour Hospice for their tenderness and care in her final days, along with Sister’s Care ministry. She is survived by her daughter, Nancy Chavana and husband, Dennis; grandchildren, Carolyn Marie and Matthew Corbin Chavana and several nieces and nephews.
